Terms.
Make an Offer to a specific person. They choose whether to engage. These terms explain the service and the rights that come with it.
Public request, private feedback
The Offer Title, Offer Notes, amount, deadlines, participant profiles and public decisions appear publicly and may be shared, indexed or included in Share Cards. Do not put confidential or third-party personal information in an Offer.
Delivery is the Recipient’s completed feedback, private to the participants. Authorised operators can access an exchange when needed for support, safety or legal duties. Privacy does not mean end-to-end encryption or zero operator access. Recipients choose their own words and format. Feedback does not guarantee a particular opinion or business result.
Public inboxes rank by their total open Offer Amount, highest first. Offers within an inbox rank by their individual Offer Amount, highest first. Platform Fees and closed Offers are excluded. A paid Offer is not a paid ranking boost beyond its stated amount.
Amounts, Holds and Delivery
Offer Amounts are in US dollars and start at $5. The Platform Fee is 15% on top: a $5 Offer totals $5.75 and a $500 Offer totals $575. Review the amount, fee and total before agreeing to pay. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion costs.
A Hold temporarily reserves the total on your payment method. It is not escrow or a completed payment. The available acceptance window depends on the payment provider’s actual authorisation limit. Replacement funding or Renewal requires your explicit action; it does not authorise an undisclosed extra charge.
Successful acceptance and capture start a full 72-hour Delivery window. Delivery before the deadline creates Earnings. Missing that deadline creates no Earnings and requires a full refund of the captured Offer Amount and Platform Fee. A requested or pending refund is not a completed refund; payment status must distinguish these outcomes.
Stripe handles payments and Recipient payout verification. Earnings and Payout are different: Delivery earns the amount; Payout moves available Earnings to the Recipient’s external account. Provider settlement, verification, country and currency requirements affect availability. Delayed verification does not erase earned entitlement or automatically refund the Requester. Contact us if setup or Payout stalls.
Cancelling an Offer
You can cancel an open Offer until the Recipient’s acceptance starts processing. Cancellation closes the Offer and we promptly request release of the full temporary Hold, including the Offer Amount and Platform Fee. Your bank determines when the released amount becomes available again. Cancellation is unavailable while acceptance is processing or after it is confirmed.
The Recipient can Pass on an open Offer. Pass or acceptance expiry also closes the Offer and releases its uncaptured Hold. Cancellation does not limit any statutory withdrawal or refund right.
If something goes wrong
Send complaints to [email protected] or our postal address. Tell us what happened, the Offer concerned and the remedy you seek. We consider exceptional circumstances individually; a usefulness score does not automatically decide a complaint or refund.
We respond to consumer complaints within the applicable statutory period, normally 14 days from receipt under Polish law, on a durable medium. We explain the decision and available remedy. These terms do not replace statutory complaint or refund rights with a satisfaction policy.
Consumers can seek assistance from their local consumer adviser and explore out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. If a complaint remains unresolved, we provide the required statement about participation in the applicable procedure. We do not claim membership of an ADR scheme.
Using the service responsibly
Use an up-to-date browser, internet access and JavaScript for interactive features. Sign-in requires an X account and necessary cookies. Protect your device and account; online communications can be targeted by phishing and malicious links. Check external links before opening them and never share account credentials.
Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not post illegal content, impersonate another person, harass people, expose confidential information or interfere with the service. Public sharing requires permission for the material shared; private Delivery does not give either participant permission to publish the other’s confidential material.
We may restrict illegal content or misuse of the service, considering the facts, severity and affected rights. Where legally required, we give the affected person reasons, the scope and duration of the restriction and available ways to challenge it. Use the illegal-content notice route to bring content to our attention, or contact support to challenge a restriction. We do not promise to pre-screen every submission.
Closing an account and keeping records
You can request account closure or deletion through Contact. Closure stops future use; it does not cancel existing obligations, earned entitlement or mandatory rights. We assess deletion case by case, including the other participant’s access rights and necessary payment, tax or dispute evidence. See Privacy for retention and your rights.
You can save or print these terms using your browser. Changes do not retrospectively change agreed Offer terms. Polish law governs the platform agreement without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence or their applicable court rights.
The service and the people
from. is operated by Luxin Łukasz Maj. Luxin supplies the platform service; the named Recipient supplies their feedback. Our responsibility for our own service remains separate from the Recipient’s responsibility for theirs.
A Requester proposes an Offer; a Recipient is the person it addresses; a Spectator can share or Follow public updates. An inbox may exist before its Recipient joins. Its existence is not an endorsement or proof that the Recipient has seen or agreed to an Offer. X identity does not by itself establish business status.
Browsing is free. Signing in with X gives access to account features. You can prepare a request before funding; a draft is not a funded Offer. Only a successful funding action creates an open funded Offer. If a feature is unavailable, preparing a draft or clicking a link does not create a charge or commitment.
EU consumer withdrawal rights
Feedback is a customised service prepared for your agreed request. For a paid service covered by EU consumer law, your withdrawal right ends once that service is fully performed, provided you gave prior express consent to performance beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that full performance would end that right. Once these conditions are met, changing your mind does not entitle you to a withdrawal refund. Your mandatory remedies for defective or non-conforming performance remain.
For consumer service contracts covered by EU law, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Tell the relevant supplier using a clear statement. You can send a statement about from.’s service to [email protected] or our postal address below. Contact us if you need help identifying the supplier of feedback.
You may use this wording, but it is optional:
To Luxin Łukasz Maj, ul. Józefa Zaleskiego 28, 43-400 Cieszyn, Poland, [email protected]: I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [service or Offer reference]. Contract date: [date]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only for a paper form].
Send the declaration before the withdrawal period ends. We return payments owed following withdrawal within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost.
If you expressly request a service to begin during the withdrawal period, proportionate payment may be due for properly supplied performance before withdrawal, where the law permits. Customisation or acceptance of an Offer alone does not end the withdrawal right. An ordinary Cancellation button for an open Offer does not limit statutory withdrawal after acceptance.
EU consumer rights do not apply to a feedback contract with a Recipient acting outside their trade or profession. That does not remove applicable consumer rights against Luxin for its own service. Mandatory rights, including remedies for defective or non-conforming performance and protections applicable to qualifying sole-trader customers, remain intact.
